We understand that cost effective litigation services and outstanding results are the keys to a client's satisfaction. The Firm's lower operating overhead and lower hourly rates (as compared to major law firms with comparably skilled and experienced partners) has allowed us to provide the same high quality service our clients have always been accustomed to, but with overall cost effectiveness. For example, the hourly rates of the Firm's Partners are significantly lower than are the per hour fees of attorneys in the Los Angeles area with similar experience and expertise.

The following outlines the current standard billing rates of our attorneys and staff:

Although most of the Firm's representations are on its hourly rate structure, we are also prepared, in limited and unique situations, to discuss and enter into alternative billing arrangements in selected matters. These arrangements may include blended rates, reduced hourly rates in conjunction with partial contingency fees, and, in appropriate situations or cases, volume discounts and contingency fees.

Our attorneys work closely with the Firm's clients to develop billing formats and statements which satisfy their requirements for information and accountability. The Firm provides detailed monthly billing statements, which are carefully reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness. When requested to do so, the Firm will provide e-mail billing or E-Invoicing. We continue to look for ways to increase the efficiency of our staff and to keep our costs low, while still continuing to provide first class legal services to all of our clients.
