Mr. Blanton specializes in business litigation in both state and federal courts. He has litigated and counseled clients in business and general commercial litigation, employment defense, environmental and white collar criminal defense, product liability and real estate. In addition, he has recently written and lectured on real estate matters for our corporate clients, including California's Mechanics' Lien laws. His client representations include Marsh USA Inc., General Electric Capital Corporation, Guy Carpenter & Co., Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., The University of Southern California, and Seabury & Smith, Inc.
