Roberts, Raspe & Blanton LLP was founded in 1999 with the objective of providing its clients with the highest quality legal services at cost effective rates. With a lower operating overhead and rate structure than comparably experienced larger law firms in Los Angeles, our clients continue to receive high quality service at very competitive rates significantly less than those charged at major law firms. For example, our partners' hourly rates are significantly less than rates charged by major law firms for partners with more than 25 years of comparable litigation experience. The Firm prides itself on identifying our clients' legal needs and then designing and implementing strategies which maximize the opportunity to realize those objectives. Those strategies encompass the full range of services, from client counseling to prevent future litigation, alternative dispute resolution, dispositive motions, and, when appropriate, trial.

Each of our attorneys has years of training, experience and expertise at major Los Angeles law firms in the litigation and resolution of a spectrum of commercial disputes. Our attorneys also have significant experience in federal and state court trials, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, administrative hearings and dispositive law and motion practice.
